Deaf Survivors Program (DSP) is a statewide program that provides free and confidential services (in-person and Zoom/Video Phone) for all Deaf and Hard of Hearing survivors in Massachusetts. Our counselors are all Deaf/ASL fluent. Services include 24/7 ASL Video Phone hotline; 1-on-1 and group counseling services; medical, court, and police accompaniment; and referrals. If you are not fluent in ASL or need additional accommodations such as captioning or Certified Deaf Interpreters, we will provide them! Email: DSP@pathwaysforchange.help

The Boston Area Rape Crisis Center offers counseling for groups especially for men, their friends and families. BARCC also refers men to other professionals who have experience helping male survivors. Services include a 24/7 hotline, individual counseling, support groups, a referral network and personal support and advocacy for rape survivors and their families, 24/7 hospital accompaniment/medical advocacy, legal advocacy, and case management. All services are free, confidential, and available for English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole speakers.

SafeLink is Massachusetts’ statewide 24/7 toll-free domestic violence hotline and a resource for anyone affected by domestic or dating violence. Are you worried about someone or do you have questions about abuse? Do you recognize warning signs of an unhealthy relationship? Do you need help or support? Call us. Each call is answered by a trained advocate who provides non-judgmental support, assistance with safety planning, and information on appropriate resources.

The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States.

Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. Call us if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans.

Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention by empowering a community of trained volunteers to support people in their moments of need. Text "HOME" to 741741. Also available on WhatsApp.

Call2Talk is a mental health, emotional support, and suicide prevention program run by Mass211. It operates 24/7 and provides confidential, compassionate listening to assist people – including those who may be despondent or considering suicide – during stressful times. Call2Talk is a National Suicide Prevention Lifeline Crisis Center and partners with Crisis Text Line to respond to people by text. Alternate numbers: 413-505-5111, or text C2T to 741741.

Safe Helpline for Military Sexual Trauma- The Department of Defense has contracted with RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) to provide independent and anonymous services for this hotline for the DoD Community

Mass211 is a 24/7 telephone resource that provides information about local health and community services. Resources include support groups, volunteer opportunties, donation programs, and youth and elderare services. Calls are free, anonymous, and confidential. Resource listings are also available through the Mass211 website.

The Parental Stress Line is a confidential 24/7 helpline for parents and caregivers who are looking for support. The helpline provides parents with counseling, information, and referral to community services.

Samaritans Helpline provides a free, confidential 24/7 telephone helpline to people having throughts of suicide or who need help with life's challenges and difficulties. Samaritans also provides a text service through the same number and an online chat service through their website.
